General conditions

These are our general terms and conditions. Together with the references they contain, they apply to every contract that we, RICATEC (with Dutch CoC registration  KVK 59076976), conclude with you. You agree that the latest version of these general terms and conditions shall always apply to our agreement.

Article 1 – Products

We sell equipment for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).

Article 2 – Registration

You have to register to order a product. You have to provide us with your personal data. These personal data must be truthful and up to date. We protect your personal data well; see also our Privacy Statement on our website.

Article 3 – Payments

The (total) price of the products is stated on our invoice which you will receive. Payments must be made immediately upon receipt of our invoice. The shipping costs are for your account.

Article 4 – Deliveries

We will deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You cannot change the address once we have shipped the package. DPD and Post.NL take care of the distribution. After dispatching the parcel, we will send you a track and trace code so you can follow your order. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. If the order is delayed, we will inform you of this in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. In the unlikely event of failing here, you may request us to (a) refund the amount you paid for the product immediately or (b) send you a replacement product (of equal value). 

Article 5 – Return

You may always return the product within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@ricatec.nl. After you have received a confirmation from us, you are obliged send the product back within 14 days. Upon receiving the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep the product.

Article 6 – Guarantee

We give a 2-year warranty on our products. If the product breaks down during normal use and within the guarantee period, you are entitled to a replacement product. The defective product must then be sent to us in the original packaging. The shipping costs are on your own costs.

Article 7 – Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by use of a product. This does not apply if such damage is caused by our intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be limited to the amount of the product ordered and paid for.

Article 8 – Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photographs, images and other materials are our property (or are under our control with the consent of the copyright holder). Your use may not infringe upon these.

Article 9 – Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would love to hear so. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as fully as possible) to info@ricatec.nl. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 days after receipt of your complaint. If it takes longer to resolve the complaint, you will receive confirmation of your complaint within 3 days and we will inform you when we expect a substantive response. If we are unable to resolve the complaint mutually, a dispute arises that falls under the dispute settlement scheme.

Article 10 – Dispute settlement

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in The North Netherlands is authorized.
